Refund Policy

1) REFUNDS (ONLY ON SOME PRODUCTS)

Refunds are possible on some products, at our discretion, and only if ALL of the following apply:

- You contact support within 48 hours of purchase (unless a different period is stated on the product page).

- The key has NOT been redeemed/activated/used.

- We confirm the issue is on our side (e.g., the key is invalid/duplicate/not working as advertised).


Refunds will NOT be provided for:

- Keys that have been redeemed/activated/used.

- “I don’t need it anymore”.

- Issues caused by user error or refusal to follow activation instructions.


If a refund is approved, we may provide (a) a replacement key, or (b) a refund to the original payment method, depending on the situation.


2) CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES (NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT)

You agree NOT to file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting SELLAUTHG first and giving us a chance to resolve the problem.

Any unauthorized chargeback, false dispute, or attempt to defraud SELLAUTHG may result in:

- Account/customer ban,

- Order cancellation,

- Loss of refund eligibility,

- Evidence being provided to payment processors, and

- Further action where appropriate.
